Lobster Leg Meat Salad

Ingredients: 

Lobster Leg Meat, Cucumber, Pineapple, Mayonnaise

Method: 

1.Blanch Lobster Leg Meat in Boiled Water for 20 Saconds
2.Pineapple cut into dice shape and mix with mayonnaise
3.Slice cucumber for use
4.Place diced Pineapple in bottom, put Lobster Leg Meat on it and place cucumber slice on top to serve
