Fry
Orchid Brand Seasoned Scllop, Angel Hair Noodle, Sweet Peppers, Olive Oil
1. Boil the spaghetti and the diced dweet peppers.
2. Mix the spaghetti with some olive oil, place on the plate.
3. Decorate spaghetti with sweet peppers.
4. Pour the double boiled seasoned scallop package on top.
Orchid Brand seafood nuggets, sweet pea, sweet peppers, Pineapple, Mushrooms, Ketchup, Potato Flour
1. Dice sweet peppers and boil with sweet peas and mushroom.
2. Deep-fry Orchid Beand Seafood nuggets and place on the plate.
3. Fry the pineapple and finished products in Step 1,with ketchup.
4. Add some potato flour mixed with water to thicken the sauce,
then pour it on the seafood nuggets.
Orchid Brand Orchid Clam, Orchid Brand Sliced Murex, Califlowers, Pimiento, Yellow/Green Peppers, XO Sauce
1. Defrost Orchid Brand Orchid Clam and Orchid Brand Sliced Murex.
2. Dice and boil califlowers,pimiento, yellow/green peppers.
3. Stir-fry the finished products from step 1 and 2.
4. Add some XO sauce and water.
Canadian Lobster Tail Meat, Vegetables, Calamondi Dressing
Fry the tail meat till it's done, then place vegetables on top of it, last, pour the calamondi dressing.
CHilean Locos,
1. Clean outter black membrane of locos with water and brush.
2. Use the back of knife to beat both sides of locos.
(tender the texture of locos)
3. Either sliced or stripped the locos, then mix up with potato flour and salt.
4. Quickly stir-fried the locos.
Lobster Tail Meat, Scallop, Bacon, Apple, Potato, Carrot, Eggs, Scallion , Yellow Papper, Mayonnaise
Sauce: Katsuo (Dried Tuna Chips), Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Potato Starch, Saseme Oil.
1.Cook Potaco, Carrot and eggs
2.Mix #1 Ingredients with Mayonnaise to make potato salad
3.Wrap Scallops with bacons
4.Pan Fry bacon Scallops and Lobster (do not overcook)
5.Place bacon wrapped Scallop, Lobster and Potato Salads in a plate
6.Drip Sacuce in the plate and place apple slices on potato salad
7.Decorate with yellow and red pepper
