Method: 

1. Defrost the Diced Conch.
2. Diced the salmon and boil it.
3. Place the boiled salmon into fridge to cool down.
4. Wash the romaine lettuce adn place on the plate individually.
5. Place the salmon and the diced conch on the lettuce.
6. Pour some lemon juice on it.
