Method: 

1. Defrost the Cuttlefish with Fish Roe.
2. Boiled the already cut califlower.
3. Cut the Chinese yam into strips.
4. Place the Chinese yam at the buttom of the plate and place
the cuttlefish with fish roe and the califlower on top of it.
